INTRODUCTION
The creative industry is one of the important sources of economic growth and cultural proliferation for developed countries. For that reason, the government recognises that the people of this country are capable of making the creative industry as a source of employment and national income, thus achieving the economy's target of high-income nations.
The New Media Design & Technology Division, Center for Arts Studies, University of Science, Malaysia, has urged the need for such conferences to respond to the government's call to improve the scholarly level of scientific scholarship and the latest research in the field is enhanced to a higher level. In addition, the creative digital field is an area in all aspects of life that contributes significantly to not only the job industry but also indirectly contributes to the conservation of the nation's and nation's heritage.

AIMS
The ultimate aim of the second conference is to share and discuss the findings of the speakers and to adapt the results of a higher level of excellence. Through this conference it is also hoped that it will be able to unify academics with the industry to jointly develop commercial findings.
The conference will also discuss various issues arising through the presentation of papers by academics, researchers, field experts, philosophers and postgraduate students. The conference also provides space for both postgraduate and foreign students to interact, share opinions and present their findings.

OBJECTIVE
Media Creative, Design & Technology Conference is the second conference to be organized by the New Design & Media Division, the School of Art and Universiti Sains Malaysia through REKA2016, is confident to be able to provide the best focus and direction to enhance tertiary education as well as to breathe new ideas and innovations in quality, international research and publication.
The Media Creative, Design & Technology Creative Conference will also promote the sharing of knowledge and knowledge in Creative Media, Design & Technology, research and commercialization for innovative and high-quality art product / work of art. Through discussions and exchange of opinions and experiences among experts in higher education as well as experts in the creative industry, this venture will provide a space exploration of ideas and the strengthening of artworks in the future.
REKA2016 will also promote the involvement of high degree students through the presentation and involvement of academics, creative industry members and high-profile colleagues at the masters and doctoral level which will provide new experience and breathing to real reality between theory and practical in the creative industry.
